Job Title: Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist Department: People Operations Location: Canby, OR Reports To: Talent Acquisition Director Job Type: Full-time Travel: 10-20% Compensation: $57K - $70K DOE Job Summary The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key member of the People Operations team, responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring high-quality candidates across hourly, skilled, and professional roles. Using innovative sourcing strategies and bilingual communication skills, this role helps fill hard-to-recruit positions and supports the full recruitment life cycle. This specialist also partners with hiring managers, promotes Versova's employer brand, and assists in other HR and strategic People Operations initiatives to drive organizational growth and maintain a positive work culture. This role will be in charge of the farm level recruiting for the our farms in CO, UT, ID, WA and OR. Essential Job Functions • Recruitment Support • * Assist with job posting and advertisement. • * Post roles across ATS and external platforms. • Support interview and selection processes. • * Schedule interviews, prepare materials. • Identify and recommend recruiting strategies based on industry standards and role type. • Hiring Manager Collaboration • * Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers. • * Conduct intake meetings, provide updates. • Event Coordination • * Coordinate and attend career fairs and recruiting events. • Cultural Ambassadorship • * Promote People Operations programs and a positive workplace environment. • Maintain sensitivity to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and public image. • Job Description Management • * Create, review and update job descriptions. • Strategic Projects • * Participate in department-level initiatives. • Additional Responsibilities • * Perform other duties as assigned to support team goals and evolving business needs. Required Qualifications • Bilingual in English and Spanish • 2+ years of recruiting experience • Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft office tools • Strong communication interpersonal, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or logistics sectors. • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Work Environment This is primarily an office-based role with occasional travel to recruiting events, universities, and operational sites. The position may involve lifting up to 25 lbs. for job fairs or events and may include occasional exposure to farm or production environments.
