Role Description We’re looking for an experienced, bilingual professional to join and oversee artist relations and logistics coordination for our live events portfolio in mainland China primarily and across Asia. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that sits at the intersection of music, culture, and international event production. Qualifications/Requirements • Strong client relations skills • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and spoken) • Deep understanding of Chinese culture, traditions and business etiquette • Proven experience in artist relations, tour management, and international event logistics • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to operate under pressure • Comfortable working across multiple time zones and cultures • Required travel to China multiple times per year • Valid passport required; must be eligible to obtain all visas necessary for international travel, including entry into Mainland China Responsibilities • Act as the primary liaison between artist teams and our local operations teams in mainland China and Asia • Manage all advancing details including: • Artist visas and travel documentation • Ground transportation and hotel arrangements • Backstage hospitality riders • Marketing asset requests and approvals • Coordinate directly with production, marketing, and hospitality departments to ensure seamless execution on show days • Travel to China multiple times per year to oversee on-site logistics and artist relations Location • This is a remote position, open to qualified candidates globally. Preference for Asian or North American time zones • Assignments in China are temporary and project-based; employment remains under Versa’s U.S. terms and jurisdiction.
