Culture Add: Actively contribute to our team’s engineering standards and culture of technical excellence. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Must-Haves Kubernetes Mastery: Advanced knowledge of K8s distributions (EKS, AKS, or RKE2) and professional proficiency with kubectl. Go Development: Experience authoring production-grade code in Go GitOps & CD: Hands-on experience with ArgoCD and GitOps workflows. Scripting: High confidence in Bash for automation and system tasks. Helm Expertise: 2+ years of experience building and managing complex Helm charts and templates. Cloud & Linux: 2+ years of experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI) and a solid grasp of Linux environments (Alpine, Ubuntu, etc.). Leadership Mindset: A proven ability to take ownership of a project area, improve it, and document the journey. Nice-to-Haves CI Tools: Familiarity with GitHub Actions and Jenkins. Database Knowledge: Experience with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, etc.) from either a user or administrative perspective. Additional Languages: Familiarity with Python, TypeScript, or Node.js.
