Must be fluent in Spanish and English, have a high school diploma or GED, two years of secretarial experience preferably in a school setting, a driver's license, and preferably experience with school database systems.
Tenor Cathedral Square High School (Seeds of Health) is a non-profit social service agency, is seeking a full-time High School Administrative Assistant starting September 22nd, 2025 or as soon as possible. Candidate must passion to work with urban youth and a willingness to do whatever it takes are traits shared by all of our staff. REQUIRED MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH Position Goal: Under the supervision of the Principal, the school administrative assistant performs a wide variety of duties in such areas as enrollment, student records, Spanish translation parent phone calls, student transportation, field trips, and supply and cash handling. These duties require frequent contact and interaction with parents, students, and other school district staff. This is a 12 month position. Required: • REQUIRED fluent in both English and Spanish. • Ability to translate written materials in English and Spanish. • Graduation from high school or G.E.D. equivalent; required. College level coursework in business administration or a related field is a preferable. • Drivers license. • Two years of increasingly responsible secretarial experience, preferably in a school setting preferred. • Experience with school database systems such as Skyward is preferable.
