We constantly acquire new skills and learn from our experiences to enhance our collective expertise Senior Software/IS Engineer Job Responsibilities: Configuring, implementing, and managing the IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation (DNG) and Engineering Test Management (ETM) systems Fixing bugs and creating streams within DNG Collaborating with stakeholders, defining requirements, and managing them throughout the project lifecycle Conducting reviews, securing stakeholder approvals, and managing project baselines and user roles Designing Software Implementation and Management plans Maintaining (and ensuring the team maintains) clear, detailed records of qualification, validation, and change control activities for future compliance audits Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field 5+ years of industry experience Must have expertise configuring, creating streams, and fixing bugs within IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation (DNG) Project management skills - May involve tasks like managing user roles, permissions, and project baselines Collaboration and communication skills - Effectively communicating with stakeholders and team members Problem-solving skills - Identifying and resolving issues related to requirements management Ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members For US geography, the salary range for this position is shown below. The actual salary is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, market demand, and competitive market practice. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range.
