Full Description

You’ll plan and conduct interviews, usability tests, and surveys, and synthesize findings into actionable insights. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure research informs both discovery and delivery. This role is ideal for researchers ready to deepen their craft, expand their influence, and grow into strategic contributors. You’ll support multiple product operating pods and help guide them in conducting foundational research, while you focus on more complex or higher-impact research initiatives.
