Description Verily exists to make healthcare more predictive, preventative, and precise through healthcare data. There is so much healthcare data, but it needs to be transformed so it can be useful for patients, clinicians, and researchers. As a Solution Sales Specialist for Data Solutions, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle of prospecting to close for Verily’s Data Solutions products. This will include Refinery, Exchange, and Workbench, which are all built on our Pre AI-native precision health platform. You will need to understand customer needs, acting as a trusted advisor to match potential solutions, understanding Verily’s differentiators, demonstrating the software for prospective customers, and driving pricing and contracting. You will work cross functionally within the Healthcare Provider Commercial team and with colleagues across Verily. This role will require you to be flexible and nimble and aggressively grow the business to help establish Verily as the premier solution partner in the space. Responsibilities Lead all phases of the sales cycle—from lead generation and value proposition presentations to contract negotiations and execution—to meet or exceed bookings and revenue targets for Data Solution Products in the health system customer segment. Gather and analyze market intelligence by collecting feedback on pricing, challenges, innovation, and competitive trends from customers and partners. Strategize and help execute the go-to-market plan for Data Solutions Collaborate with the broader Verily Commercial Organization to align product roadmaps, inform future product direction and features, and identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities. Support overall company milestones by communicating updates, driving interdepartmental initiatives, and aligning personal objectives with team and organizational goals. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related fields. 8+ years of relevant experience in healthcare sales focused on SaaS, and 2+ years selling platform solutions to health systems Deep understanding of data platforms, data models like FHIR and OMOP, healthcare data analytics, and AI Experience selling early stage, complex solutions and driving significant revenue growth. Travel up to 25% for meetings, conferences, and on-site engagements as needed. Preferred Qualifications Software engineering and coding experience Proactive and adaptable, demonstrating initiative, efficiency, and agility in dynamic environments. Positive, open-minded, and entrepreneurial, with a collaborative spirit and a drive to learn. Deep alignment with Verily’s mission to bring the promise of precision health to everyone, every day. Proficiency in the Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Slides, Docs) and a capacity to leverage these tools effectively. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000 - $198,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
