Job Description We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage the implementation of enterprise applications (e.g., Outlook, CRM). You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring project delivery, and driving adoption through change management strategies. Responsibilities • Lead technical projects involving tools like Outlook, CRM, and enterprise systems. • Apply project management best practices (milestone tracking, risk management, governance). • Manage system integrations, workflow design, and data integration. • Drive adoption and change management during the project lifecycle. • Oversee the transition from pilot programs to full-scale deployment. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Qualifications • 8+ years of experience in technical project management, including cross-functional rollouts of tools like Outlook and CRM. • Strong technical proficiency (system architecture, data integration, workflow design). • Experience with change management and driving behavioral adoption. • Proven ability to manage projects across multiple technical systems. • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. • Work on impactful, high-visibility projects. • Opportunity for growth in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
