Project Manager/PMO The Project Manager/PMO will be responsible for leading multiple projects plans as directed by the Company’s Executive Leadership Team. They will work closely with the Sr. Director, PMO to focus primarily on Client Onboarding & Leadership projects. Responsibilities: · Implement & lead client facing project plans across functional teams. · Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to gather requirements, set project timelines, and assign responsibilities for client onboarding and special projects. · Coordinate with IT and software development teams to track requirements and ensure applications are effectively integrated and aligned within scope. · Distribute weekly updates and maintain continuous follow up of assigned tasks with client and across departments. · Work independently to complete assigned tasks while keeping Director up to date on status and challenges. · Ability to understand client needs and business goals. · Perform risk assessments on client requests to identify issues and develop mitigation strategies. · Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps and client specific standard operating procedures (SOPs). · Strong understanding of operational and technology “ways of working” to apply to project plans to prevent gaps Qualifications: · 5+ years of experience in a professional services firm in Project management or operations · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously · Experience working and communicating with client’s and cross-functional teams · Ability to learn and apply knowledge of new technology independently and in a group environment. · Ability to travel and represent The Company in a client environment as needed. - All candidates will be required to undergo drug testing.
