Full Description

Welcome to Veradigm, where our Mission is transforming health, insightfully. Join the Veradigm team and help solve many of today's healthcare challenges being addressed by biopharma, health plans, healthcare providers, health technology partners, and the patients they serve. At Veradigm, our primary focus is on harnessing the power of research, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) to develop scalable data-driven solutions that bring significant value to all healthcare stakeholders. Together, we can transform healthcare and enable smarter care for millions of people. About the job: We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Business Analyst to support and enhance our Professional Services operations. This role is ideal for someone who excels at translating complex business processes into scalable system solutions and has deep experience in project portfolio and program management (PPPM), resource planning, and client onboarding workflows. While familiarity with tools like Kantata SX is a plus, we're primarily looking for someone with strong process knowledge and hands-on experience with PPPM platforms (e.g., Mavenlink, FinancialForce PSA, Kimble, or similar). You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Operations—to gather requirements, refine user stories, and drive improvements across platforms such as Salesforce and other services delivery tools. Responsibilities: • Partner with stakeholders across Professional Services and Operations to understand business needs and translate them into actionable system and process requirements. • Lead discovery and documentation of current-state and future-state workflows, especially around project delivery, resource management, time tracking, and implementation processes. • Facilitate user story refinement and backlog grooming to ensure development teams have clear, prioritized requirements. • Support agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups to keep initiatives aligned and moving forward. • Recommend and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance visibility across the services lifecycle. • Collaborate with technical teams to configure systems (e.g. Salesforce) and troubleshoot issues or enhancement requests. • Identify opportunities for automation, integration, and process optimization across tools and teams. • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and leadership. About You: • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in supporting Professional Services or consulting organizations. • Deep understanding of services delivery operations including project portfolio management, resource planning, financial tracking, and client onboarding. • Experience working with Salesforce (custom objects, flows, validation rules) and PPPM tools such as Kantata SX, Mavenlink, FinancialForce PSA, or similar. • Strong communication and facilitation skills; able to bridge gaps between business and technical teams. • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment. • Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and process mapping software (e.g. Lucidchart, Visio). • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for improving business processes. Bonus Qualifications: • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as NetSuite, Workday, or Zuora. • Experience with API integrations, basic SQL, or data validation across systems. • Background in SaaS or consulting environments with complex services delivery models. • Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, CSPO, or IIBA CBAP/CCBA.
