Full Description

The Principal HEOR Researcher is an individual contributor within the real-world evidence team, responsible for leading client-funded and internal project work and generating growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Scientific leadership: Lead the design and execution of RWE studies, including retrospective database studies (treatment patterns, cost-effectiveness, outcomes research, etc) and prospective data collection using EHR and claims data Ensure scientific rigor, transparency and compliance with best practices and regulatory standards Provide methodological oversight with potential to mentor junior researchers Client engagement: Write proposals, develop study budget, respond to RFIs/RFPs Serve as scientific lead and subject matter expert for life sciences and related clients Translate research findings into compelling narratives for client deliverables Collaborate cross-functionally within Veradigm to anticipate and align with client needs Publications & Thought Leadership: Author and review posters, abstracts, manuscripts, white papers for peer reviewed journals and scientific congresses Represent Veradigm at industry conferences and client meetings Contribute to advancement of HEOR and RWE methodologies using RWD Qualifications Required: PhD or equivalent doctoral degree in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Policy, Public Health or related field 8+ years of experience in HEOR/RWE within life sciences Demonstrated expertise in observational study design Proven ability to lead studies end-to-end and communicate findings to diverse audiences Preferred: Prior consulting experience in life sciences or related field Familiarity with US healthcare system and payer decision-making Publication record in peer reviewed journals Strategic thinker with strong scientific judgment Compensation Range: $113,254-$164,785 Enhancing Lives and Building Careers Veradigm believes in empowering our associates with the tools and flexibility to bring the best version of themselves to work and to further their professional development.
