Job Description Summary The Senior Product Operations Manager plays a key role in driving efficiency and scalability within the R&D organization. You will work closely with zone-level leaders to optimize workflows and improve decision-making through data-driven insights. How will you make an impact & Requirements Job Description: Senior Product Operations Manager Role Overview The Senior Product Operations Manager plays a key role in driving efficiency and scalability within the R&D organization. You will work closely with zone-level leaders to optimize workflows and improve decision-making through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities Tactical Execution: Partner with product leadership to ensure roadmaps and key deliverables are well-tracked and executed. Metrics & Analytics: Maintain & create dashboards to monitor KPIs and key results to help product managers identify areas for improvement. Change Management: Lead the adoption of new processes and tools to ensure seamless implementation across the organization. Tool Management: Serve as a power user for project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), ensuring documentation is accurate and processes are followed. Cross-Functional Coordination: Support communication and alignment between Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams. Operational Excellence: Provide peer guidance and maintain high standards for product documentation and internal communication frameworks. Qualifications & Experience Experience: 4–6+ years of experience in product operations or product management. Skills: * Strong understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies. Proven experience in process optimization within an R&D organization. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
