This position ensures that equipment, software, and network systems supporting photo services are properly installed, maintained, and optimized to meet operational and marketing objectives. This role acts as the technical liaison between corporate product/marketing teams and field operations, helping to implement strategic initiatives and provide support for service delivery, system upgrades, and new product rollouts. Key Responsibilities: • Key Responsibilities: • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot photo-related hardware and software across field locations. • Partner with Marketing and Product teams to execute technology implementations that support strategic campaigns and service enhancements. • Act as the technical point of contact for site-level teams regarding system performance, uptime, and troubleshooting. • Ensure consistent functionality of cameras, kiosks, POS systems, printers, and associated software used in photo services. • Monitor and optimize system performance across sites, conducting audits and providing recommendations. • Support the rollout of new features, product launches, and upgrades across photo platforms and service tools. • Train local technicians and operators on technical procedures, equipment use, and best practices. • Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers for repairs, escalations, and upgrades. • Maintain detailed logs of maintenance, service incidents, resolutions, and system configurations. • Assist in the planning and execution of new photo installations, seasonal adjustments, and marketing campaign activations. • Provide field feedback to product and marketing leadership to inform future innovations Qualifications: • Associate’s degree or higher in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or a related technical field. • 3+ years of experience in technical support, field engineering, or photo system maintenance. • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networked devices. • Experience with imaging systems, point-of-sale equipment, kiosks, or digital photo platforms. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and travel regularly to support site locations. • Valid driver’s license and ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs.
