Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Deep knowledge of MS Dynamics ERP Great Plains core modules, specifically General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Inventory/Supply Chain. Roles & Responsibilities Provide functional and technical support for Great Plains ERP modules. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in coordination with offshore teams. Support in system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes. Ensure compliance with client-specific processes and documentation standards. Required Skills: Strong experience in Great Plains ERP support and maintenance. Knowledge of financial modules and integration points.
