What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in customer service or travel-related roles. - You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - You possess proficiency with reservation systems and travel booking software. - You demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with GDS (Global Distribution Systems) such as Sabre or Amadeus. - Multilingual abilities to assist a diverse customer base. - Previous experience in a remote customer service role. - Knowledge of travel industry regulations and policies.
