What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or travel industry roles. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency with reservation systems and travel booking software. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. - Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with GDS (Global Distribution Systems) such as Amadeus or Sabre. - Previous remote work experience. - Multilingual abilities. - Knowledge of travel regulations and policies.
