Role Overview: As a Remote Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service by managing airline reservations, hotel bookings, and other travel-related inquiries. What You'll Do: - You will handle airline reservations and hotel bookings efficiently and accurately. - You will assist customers with travel inquiries and provide timely solutions. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel policies and procedures. - You will collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. - You will manage customer records and update information as needed. - You will resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the service team. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in customer service or travel-related roles. - You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - You are proficient with reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with GDS (Global Distribution Systems) such as Sabre or Amadeus. - Knowledge of travel industry regulations and compliance. - Multilingual abilities to assist a diverse customer base. - Previous remote work experience.
