Role Overview: As a Remote Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service by managing airline reservations, hotel bookings, and other travel-related inquiries. What You'll Do: - You will handle airline reservations and hotel bookings efficiently and accurately. - You will assist customers with travel inquiries and provide timely solutions. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products and services. - You will resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy. - You will collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. - You will document customer interactions and transactions thoroughly. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the service team. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or travel-related roles. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency with reservation systems and travel booking software. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. - Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with GDS (Global Distribution Systems) such as Amadeus or Sabre. - Knowledge of airline and hotel industry standards. - Previous remote work experience. - Multilingual abilities.
