What You'll Do: - You will handle airline reservations and hotel bookings accurately and efficiently. - You will assist customers with travel inquiries and provide timely solutions. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel policies and procedures. - You will collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. - You will document customer interactions and transactions clearly. - You will troubleshoot and resolve booking issues promptly. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the service team. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in customer service or travel-related roles. - You bring strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You bring proficiency with reservation systems and basic computer applications. - You bring the ability to work independently in a remote setting. - You bring excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
