About the role We’re looking for an early-career Full Stack Developer to join our team at a very early stage. This is an equity-only role, ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience building a real product while growing with a startup from day one. You’ll work closely with the founder, contributing to both frontend and backend development in a modern tech stack. What you’ll do Build features using Next.js and TypeScript Work with Next.js API routes for backend logic Use Supabase for authentication and data management Design and query databases using PostgreSQL Collaborate directly with the founder on product decisions Learn best practices while shipping real features to production What we’re looking for 0–2 years of experience or strong personal projects Basic knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript Familiarity with React or Next.js Basic understanding of APIs and databases Motivation to learn, take ownership, and grow fast Comfortable working in a remote-first environment Nice to have Experience with Supabase Experience with PostgreSQL Personal projects, GitHub, or open-source contributions Interest in startups or entrepreneurship Compensation Equity-only compensation (with vesting) Salary introduced once the company reaches sustainable revenue Long-term growth opportunity within the company Equity range (para preencher no Wellfound) 👉 0.5% – 1.5% 👉 Vesting: 4 years with a 1-year cliff https://ventrium-ai.com
