The Specialist will coordinate with L&D teammates, HR, subject matter experts, and mentors to ensure onboarding is consistent, engaging, and aligned with company culture and business needs. They will also deliver select sessions (e.g., weekly New Employee Orientation) to reinforce connection and alignment. • *Please note, this position includes up to 30% travelling, including overnight KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and manage the Onboarding Experience from offer acceptance through ramp-up, ensuring every touchpoint reinforces culture, accelerates performance, and connects employees to resources. • Facilitate key recurring sessions such as weekly New Employee Orientation, while coordinating with SMEs and L&D teammates for specialized content delivery. • Serve as the program lead for the Mentor Program by overseeing mentor selection, certification, recertification, and engagement, ensuring mentors are set up for success. • Coordinate with stakeholders (L&D teammates, HR, Operations, and SMEs) to align content and logistics. • Monitor feedback and data from new hires and mentors to inform program improvements. • Ensure learning requirements are tracked and met in the LMS, escalating as needed. • Contribute to L&D team initiatives (e.g., quarterly learning challenges, blogs, leadership conference) with a focus on connection and engagement.
