Chief of Staff M&A Private Equity & Multi-location Experience 5 + Years Experience Venteon is currently seeking a Chief of Staff M&A. The ideal candidate will be a critical contributor to the company s overall financial success. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief of Staff M&A. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and operate as an extension of the senior executive team. You will own strategic initiatives across operations, growth, and strategic finance. You will work hand-in-hand with each of our functional leaders as well as our PE partners to identify opportunities that drive business impact. This role reports directly to the CEO with close collaboration with the CFO and COO. This role is fully remote, with preference for EST working hours. Requirements of the Chief of Staff M&A • Prior experience with a background in investment banking, management consulting, and/or investing; demonstrated success in a strategy/operations/finance at a high-growth company/startup is a plus • Interest or experience in healthcare, health & wellness, and/or consumer-focused companies is highly preferred; experience with multi-site companies with physical operations/footprints is a plus • Passion for technology, AI, and machine learning; understands how technology can drive consumer experiences, process improvement, and business model differentiation • Detail-oriented and conscientious people leader with strong interpersonal skills • Excellent presentation, narrative, and writing skills - you are a good business writer who understands the power of compelling narratives • Empathetic colleagues who can put themselves in the shoes of a patient or any individual function and think through how to map company goals with functional goals • Demonstrated experience working in fast-paced environments with high levels of ambiguity Benefits of the Chief of Staff M&A • Competitive salary and employee benefits • Bonuses • Comprehensive health and dental benefit package • Opportunities for professional development and advancement within a growing organization • Collaborative and supporting work environment • Remote position in the Eastern Time Zone Responsibilities of the Chief of Staff M&A • Lead key cross-functional strategic initiatives, special projects, and one-off analyses for the CEO, COO, and CFO to help drive growth • Partner with exec team and PE partners on capital planning, fundraising, reporting, and potential sale process (e.g. pitch decks, board materials, marketing materials, financial reporting, financial diligence materials, and data room) • Leverage data and analytics to provide critical insights/KPIs and recommendations on business performance & improvements • Drive cross-functional initiatives related to the implementation and optimization of AI/ML and analytics tools and processes • Diagnose, prioritize, and communicate about active bottlenecks in the company If you are a high performer and would like to work for an equally high performing company and you think the above opportunity is appropriate for you, we invite you to apply to this job and email your resume to kroehrig@venteon.com We treat all resumes with strict confidentiality.
