Business Systems Manager – Epicor Kinetic ERP Join a growing global manufacturer supporting a multi-year enterprise ERP transformation. We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Manager to own our Epicor Kinetic environment, partner with business leaders, and lead the long-term strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of our ERP platform. About the Opportunity Our organization operates approximately nine manufacturing locations across North America and Europe with roughly 900 employees. We are standardizing our global operations on Epicor Kinetic Cloud, migrating legacy Epicor, Sage 100, and Infor environments into two strategic cloud instances serving the U.S. and Europe. What You'll Do Own the enterprise Epicor Kinetic platform and roadmap. Partner with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT leadership. Lead ERP governance, change management, and enhancement review processes. Support cloud migrations and future ERP deployments. Promote standard Epicor functionality while minimizing customizations. Coordinate with Epicor Professional Services and implementation partners. Drive continuous improvement, reporting, and business process optimization. Qualifications 5+ years of ERP leadership or business systems experience. Hands-on Epicor ERP/Kinetic experience preferred. Manufacturing industry experience. Knowledge of finance, supply chain, production, and inventory processes. Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or cloud migrations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
