We ask that you have flexibility with your schedule as it may be subject to change depending on our client’s needs.     A DAY IN THE LIFE As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice our clients’ members rely on. In this fast-paced role, you’ll help customers with their classic auto insurance questions, resolve concerns, and make every interaction feel effortless.   You’ll: * Manage 40-100 calls per day depending on the season * Highlight and sell membership benefits * Put customers first and take action to improve their experience * Follow on-call procedures and document every interaction * Move quickly through multiple systems, dual monitors, and virtual desktops * Meet program metrics and customer satisfaction targets   WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required: * 6+ months in a call-center experience * 1+ year of customer service experience * Knowledge of cars and/or interest in learning about cars * Strong verbal and written communication  * Organizational and problem-solving skills  * Ability to navigate multiple computer systems  * Experience in a virtual desktop environment  * Distraction-free remote workspace  * High school diploma or GED   Preferred: * Sales experience helpful * Prior experience with Five9   Additional expectations: * Demonstrates conviviality, a core value of our client.
