The Associate HR Business Partner will provide a wide array of professional Human Resources services and support, consulting with line leaders on various HR questions. They will partner with HRBPs to deliver HR projects, programs, and initiatives while supporting business leaders through change management.
Candidates must have eight years of Human Resources experience, with prior experience in analysis and consultation in talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, or HR systems. Relevant industry experience and certifications such as SPHR or PHR are preferred.

The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Associate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who will provide a wide array of professional Human Resources services and support, consulting with line leaders on a variety of HR questions. Partner with HRBPs to deliver a variety of enterprise talent and business initiatives. Support Business Leaders and employees through change management. Also, champion efforts within HR to create or enhance processes and procedures to facilitate effective HR service delivery. Day in the Life: Consult with Leaders from across the business units, guiding HR policies, work relationships, and morale, potential training needs, and a wide variety of HR related questions; provide warm transfers where necessary to HRBPs and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs). Partner with HRBPs to deliver HR projects, programs, and initiatives; consult with HRBP on reports and related materials to ensure presentations/facilitations are successful (e.g., succession, workforce planning, career path documentation and communication, performance calibrations, etc.). Research external talent market trends and research a variety of other key HR topics; report findings to HR leadership team and HRBPs; Prepare related reports and communications to HR staff and line leaders regarding HR topics. Champion creation or improvement of cross-functional HR processes and procedures, where processes include multiple COEs and HRBP ownership, produce workflows detailing hand-offs to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness. Provide training to leaders assigned to HR business relations activities and initiatives. Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation. Support HR COE teams as needed for projects and initiatives that require additional resources; assist HR leaders with the implementation of various HR related projects and programs, as assigned. Support leaders in determining the alignment and organizational structure of teams to best serve the strategic needs of the business. Initiate regularly scheduled 1-1 and/or team meetings with Business Leaders to enhance and ensure alignment between the Talent team and the business needs. Connects with our Centers of Expertise to develop and/or deliver strategic HR initiatives that include organizational planning, talent management, employee relations, organizational design, compensation, employee experience, training and performance management to provide creative strategies and solutions for the business. Leads and serves as advisor and coach on initiatives to successfully use HR processes and resources to achieve high performance, exceed strategic objectives, and adapt to and manage organizational and business changes. Coach managers and employees at all levels on a variety of topics, including leadership skills, performance management, conflict resolution, and communications. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Eight (8) years of Human Resources experience required, with prior experience with analysis and consultation in talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, or HR systems required. Relevant industry experience preferred. Experience working in a matrix environment is strongly preferred. SPHR or PHR certification (or SHRM equivalent) preferred.
