What You'll Do: - You will greet and assist clients and event attendees with a warm and professional demeanor. - You will address and resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. - You will collaborate with event teams to coordinate logistics and support smooth event execution. - You will proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions before they escalate. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback. - You will support marketing efforts by gathering client insights and promoting company services. - You will participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills. - You will represent Vegas Ventures with enthusiasm and professionalism at all times. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or client-facing roles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Flexibility to work in-person at various event locations. - Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
