Job Overview: As a Neighborhood Marketing Coordinator, you will be the face of Veenhuizen Painting Specialties in your community, building relationships and generating excitement about our services. You’ll lead a small field team, support marketing initiatives, and help drive growth through community engagement. Who You Are: • A natural connector who enjoys meeting new people in the community • Tenacious and results-driven, motivated by tangible outcomes • Outgoing, approachable, and able to spark engaging conversations • A leader who inspires a team to succeed and grow • Organized, reliable, and committed to professionalism • Energized by in-person outreach and community engagement Key Responsibilities: • Generate qualified leads by building trust and promoting Veenhuizen’s services to homeowners in local neighborhoods • Share company materials and support light social media and community marketing efforts • Recruit, train, and lead field reps to meet weekly lead targets • Manage territory planning, route coverage, and daily team operations • Track and report lead and campaign performance • Represent Veenhuizen at community events, HOA meetings, and local gatherings • Help plan and execute larger annual events to drive high-quality lead flow • Participate in weekly goal and marketing alignment meetings Skills & Qualifications: • Enthusiasm for in-person community engagement • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Leadership or team management experience • Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite • Ability to positively inspire and motivate others • Own reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Schedule: • Monday–Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM • Friday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM • Flexible during peak seasons (May–October) Team Culture: • Courageous and open communication • Reliable and accountable • Team-oriented and supportive • Community-focused and results-driven • Growth mindset with a desire to learn and improve Compensation & Benefits: • Expected first-year earnings: $70,000–$75,000 (base salary + performance bonuses) • Full-time position with flexible vacation time • Career growth and leadership opportunities • Supportive, family-oriented culture that values initiative and creativity Why This Role is a Great Fit for You: This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships within their community, and seeing the direct impact of their efforts.
