Job Summary The Policy Change Senior Associate is responsible for reviewing and analyzing policy change requests to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with underwriting and regulatory standards. This role involves processing policy change forms through multiple system platforms, verifying key information, and ensuring alignment with both internal policies and state-specific requirements. In addition, this position provides customer service support by responding to inquiries related to policy contracts, changes, and procedures. Key Responsibilities • Review and analyze policy change forms to verify accuracy and completeness. • Process an average of 35 health and life policy changes daily, meeting or exceeding production targets. • Perform basic risk assessments to determine eligibility and compliance with underwriting standards. • Utilize multiple systems to input and update policy information received via paper or electronic submissions. • Develop and maintain an understanding of state-specific regulations and company guidelines to ensure compliance. • Provide high-quality customer service through phone, email, and written communication. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing of requests. Required Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in insurance operations and customer service. • High School Diploma or GED required. • Familiarity with policy change processes and system platforms used for insurance data management. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and policy review. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience handling life insurance and complex health policy changes. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Proficiency with policy administration systems and document management tools.
