Key Responsibilities Risk Strategy & Program Execution • Collaborate with Business Risk & Control leadership to shape risk management strategies aligned with business and regulatory priorities. • Support or lead implementation of risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures; manage the risk book of work for your assigned Business Unit. • Facilitate risk assessments (e.g., RCSA), evaluate key risks, track control effectiveness, and ensure timely remediation. • Monitor issue management identify issues, analyze root causes, design mitigation plans, and oversee resolution. Governance, Reporting & Communication • Develop risk dashboards, trend analysis, and metrics to provide senior leadership with actionable insights. • Deliver clear, timely reporting against the Risk Appetite Framework, escalating breaches or emerging threats. • Act as a primary communication channel across Risk Management, regulators, and Business Units. Regulatory Engagement • Support regulatory examinations, audits, and inquiries by coordinating responses and maintaining regulatory submissions. • Stay current on regulatory changes and assess their impact on the Business Unit s risk profile and compliance posture.
