About the Role: The Director of Professional Services at Veeam is responsible for managing the delivery of professional services to customers through our partner-aligned model. This role leads the Professional Services and Technical Account Management (TAM) teams to ensure effective customer onboarding, successful implementations with partners, and strategic guidance that enhances customer value and retention. The Director will implement service strategies, maintain operational standards, and optimize tools and methodologies to support scale and growth in the AMER region. • *Please note the associated comp ranges listed are indicated by state/region and would be adhered to based on associated candidates in those areas; also make note that midpoint/middle of range for each zone is the budgeted comp target** What You’ll Do: Delivery Frameworks & Methodologies • Drive standardized delivery frameworks for global consistency and scalability • Innovate with tools, automation, and AI to optimize service delivery and performance • Align practices with business goals to drive revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Client and Partner Engagement • Build long-term client relationships by aligning services with their needs • Develop strategic partnerships for integrated service delivery • Enhance client satisfaction through feedback and proactive improvements. Operational & Financial Excellence • Manage Professional Services P&L for timely, high-quality delivery and cost efficiency • Optimize resource planning, project management, and performance tracking tools • Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales to support sales and identify growth opportunities. Hiring & Team Development • Lead hiring to build high-performing Professional Services teams • Develop enablement programs for consistent and effective team delivery • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range. In addition to compensation, Veeam provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and unlimited time off.
