Full Description

We are seeking an experienced Xstore Technical Lead with strong expertise in retail payment solutions, including Tap-to-Pay implementations (Aurus Retail preferred; Adyen acceptable). The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on technical experience, leadership capabilities, and a strong understanding of end-to-end retail technology delivery. This role involves leading implementation efforts, managing project execution, ensuring successful feature releases, improving system stability, and driving team performance. The candidate will oversee daily scrum activities, manage resources and budgets, and ensure high-quality technical delivery in a fast-paced retail environment. Required Skills & Experience • Strong hands-on experience implementing and customizing Oracle Xstore. • Proven experience with Tap-to-Pay integrations (Aurus Retail preferred, Adyen acceptable). • 8+ years of experience in retail technology, POS systems, or similar domains. • Demonstrated experience as a Project Lead or Program Lead on technical initiatives. • Strong skills in estimation, resource planning, and technical team management. • Experience managing budgets, financial tracking, and delivery reporting. • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience managing daily Scrums. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
