VDart Group is seeking a Senior Techno-Functional Project Manager with deep expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to lead a critical implementation project within a global program. This role requires a strong combination of technical proficiency, functional leadership, and strategic problem-solving, with proven experience in integrating ServiceNow HRSD with Workday and other HR applications. The ideal candidate will drive complex projects to successful delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple geographies, ensuring operational excellence and adoption of optimized HR workflows. Role: ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Lead Global Implementation (ServiceNow/Workday) • Location: Coppell, TX (Hybrid) • Duration: Long Term Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD implementation projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence. • Collaborate with technical and business teams to define requirements, design solutions, and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules. • Drive integration strategies between ServiceNow, Workday, and other HR systems to streamline HR workflows. • Oversee testing, validation, and deployment to ensure seamless implementation. • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among HR, IT, and vendor teams to resolve issues and maintain alignment. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and executive updates. • Support change management and training efforts to ensure smooth adoption across the organization. Required Qualifications: • 10+ years of project management experience in large-scale enterprise technology implementations. • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules. • Strong background in integrating ServiceNow with Workday and other HR applications. • Proven ability to manage projects in hybrid global environments across multiple geographies and teams. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies. • PMP, CSM, or ITIL certification preferred.
