Carry out day-to-day EPIC operations, manage data loads, and troubleshoot interfaces and data exchange issues.
Minimum 5 years of EPIC operations support experience, proficiency in EPIC modules, strong communication, analytical, and SQL skills, with desired certifications and EPIC platform knowledge.
Role: EPIC Ops Support Engineer Location: Louisville, KY (Remote) Type: Contract Responsibilities: • Carry out day-to-day EPIC operations, provide triaging and incident resolution. Will interface with Epic & Rackspace technical support services. • Manage Member Eligibility Loads into Epic. Maintenance of Claims and Provider data loads. • Analyze and resolve provider onboarding issues • Work on EPIC interfaces and data exchange issues which includes both API and SFTP data exchange • Maintain and load de-identified test membership data into HEPPI in accordance with Client enterprise standards. Required Skills: • Minimum 5 years of EPIC operations support experience • Epic Bridges • Epic Chronicles • Epic Workbench Reporting • Excellent Communication Skills - working with both business partners and provider community • Strong Analytical skills • SQL skills Desired Skills: • EPIC certification • Epic Payer Platform Experience • Epic Tapestry Knowledge
