The Clinic/Provider Partnerships Analyst leads the gathering and interpretation of contact center performance and quality data while collaborating with department and clinic leadership. They ensure that provider needs are met efficiently and foster a world-class customer service environment.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Healthcare Management, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in healthcare administration. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s Degree and advanced experience with business intelligence tools.

The analyst will interface directly with department and clinic management to guarantee routine and emergent provider needs are met in a quick and efficient manner. As a member of the Provider Relations Team, the analyst helps to foster a world-class customer service environment while promoting collaboration within and among VCU Health departments and clinic operations. Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for Hire: N/A Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for continued employment: N/A Experience REQUIRED: Minimum 2-3 years of progressively responsible positions in health care administration in a university or hospital setting Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience PREFERRED: Three (3) years’ experience in progressively responsible positions in health care administration in a university or hospital setting Advanced experience using business intelligence tools, i.e. Cognos, Avaya, Power BI, Tableau. Education/training REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Healthcare Management or related field from an accredited program. A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the degree. Education/training PREFERRED: Master’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Healthcare Management or related field from an accredited program. Independent action(s) required: Must be willing and able to travel (15-20%) as needed. Strong interpersonal skills to assist, support and collaborate with a variety of work teams. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assist in the development and execution of new and ongoing engagements. Ability to manage and be responsible for shifting business priorities, demands and timelines.
