Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join their team and provide crucial support to their internal departments and suppliers. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships, ensuring operational efficiency, and contributing to the success of a dynamic organization. You will leverage your expertise to manage contracting, sourcing, and procurement activities within a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage the full procure-to-pay lifecycle, including generating and reconciling purchase orders and agreements. • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors, ensuring they align with business interests. • Formulate and implement sourcing strategies to identify opportunities for cost savings and service standardization. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university. • 4-6 years of related experience in a sourcing or procurement role. • Proficiency in procurement of IT hardware, software, and services. • Experience with ERP and P2P/S2P systems such as SAP S/4 HANA or SAP Ariba. • Strong data analysis skills to create and analyze data for recommendations.
