VaxCare’s RCM Team is focused on maximizing partner payments by collecting information, knowledge and money. We research claims, analyze denials and solve problems while adding value to VaxCare’s bottom line. As a result, we play an important part in the company’s rapid growth! We are searching for someone who is passionate about projects and problem solving. In this role, the ideal candidate will play a critical role coordinating billing projects for the RCM team and collaborate with team members across the organization. WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE The Manager, Revenue Cycle Technology & Process, will play a critical role in ensuring that VaxCare’s revenue cycle operations are efficient, scalable, and technology enabled. Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Cycle, this role owns the optimization, adoption, and performance of revenue systems. This position requires a leader who can bridge the gap between Revenue Cycle Operations, IT, and Finance—turning business needs into system solutions, driving user adoption, and ensuring that technology investments deliver measurable outcomes in clean claim rates, cash collection, revenue growth and lower bad-debt. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Revenue Technology & Process Leadership • Drive optimization of VaxCare’s revenue cycle technology stacks to support financial and operational goals. • Act as the gatekeeper for all revenue technology enhancement requests, managing intake, prioritization, and delivery of system improvements. • Partner with revenue, clinical, and finance leaders to align technology solutions with organizational strategy. System Optimization & Adoption • Lead change management and adoption initiatives to ensure new tools and workflows are fully embedded across teams. • Manage configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation of system enhancements. • Develop training programs, documentation, and user support to maximize system utilization. Project & Portfolio Management • Manage revenue cycle system projects from intake through stabilization. • Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure delivery within budget, timeline, and scope. • Conduct portfolio reviews with senior leadership and communicate progress, risks, and ROI. Analytics, Compliance & Continuous Improvement • Track technology adoption, ROI, and revenue impact—iterating to maximize measurable results. • Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Operations to identify opportunities for billable services and implement supporting technology. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer, and regulatory requirements across system workflows. • Support audits and provide system expertise and reporting to Finance and Compliance teams. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED • Bachelor’s Degree • 5+ years in revenue cycle technology, operations, or healthcare business systems • Working knowledge of process mapping/modeling and business process re-engineering • Certification in Agile PM preferred. • Proven experience with EHR’s, Salesforce, or equivalent revenue cycle platforms • Experience serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights • Knowledge of payer regulations, compliance requirements, and healthcare billing best practices • Strong organizational and time management skills • Prior experience setting priorities and managing multiple projects simultaneously • Prior experience working in a very fast paced environment
