Service BDC Coordinator - 100% Remote Vaughan Automotive Group | Texas-Based Remote Position Hourly Rate: $16/hour ($17/hour if bilingual) + Bonus Potential Top Performers Earn: $30-$33/hour with our performance-based bonus structure Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM + Alternating Saturdays (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM) We're On Fire - And We Want You to Grow With Us Vaughan Automotive Group isn't just growing—we're exploding. Toyota of Boerne and Space City Toyota are both under construction right now, expanding their service departments to meet demand. We've promoted two Team Leads in the last three months alone, and we're just getting started. About the Role As a Service BDC Coordinator, you'll be the voice of Vaughan Automotive—the first point of contact for our valued guests. Working 100% remotely, you'll deliver an exceptional customer experience through phone, text, and chat interactions. Your mission? Schedule service and maintenance appointments that keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly and our service drives humming. What You'll Do: • Make high-volume outbound calls to customers, proactively scheduling routine maintenance appointments • Handle inbound calls, texts, and chats with professionalism and efficiency • Follow approved call guides and scripts to ensure consistency and quality • Schedule appointments with precision—confirming dates, times, locations, and transportation options • Document every interaction thoroughly in our CRM/DMS systems • Protect customer privacy by handling all personal information securely • Achieve performance standards that reflect excellence: • Average Handle Time: under 3 minutes • Appointment Show Rate: 88% or higher • Quality Assurance Score: 90% or higher • Use approved tools (BDC Assistant, DMS, CRM) to provide quick, accurate information • Escalate technical or warranty questions to Service Advisors when needed What We're Looking For Required: • Must reside in Texas (100% remote position) • High school diploma or equivalent • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail and organization • Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment (150 -200 calls/ day) • Computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM/DMS systems • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home workspace Preferred: • 1+ years of call center, outbound calling, or appointment setting experience • Customer service or sales background • Automotive industry experience (but not required—we'll train you!) • Bilingual in English and Spanish ($17/hour starting rate) Why Join Vaughan Automotive?
