We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with laboratory customers across healthcare. You will leverage Salesforce to manage leads, work opportunities and analyze client behaviors and subscriptions. Responsibilities and Duties: Account Management: • Manage a portfolio of laboratory accounts. • Act as the primary point of contact for all business needs. Sales Growth: • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals and expand accounts. Customer Engagement: • Regularly engage with laboratory stakeholders and procurement teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. • Address any concerns or issues promptly and effectively to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaboration: • Work closely with cross-functional teams including client success, marketing, technical support, and product management to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree (preferred). • 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales • Proven ability to drive significant sales growth. • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical customers. • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
