At least 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in complex environments. And having Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant Certification. 2. Strong Salesforce solution design experience specifically in the Salesforce FSL and the ability to work in an agile manner in order to turn around/develop Solution fast and effectively in a short period of time. The candidate in this position, 1. Should be Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud consultant. 2. Should be Architecting, designing, and implementing Salesforce FSL solutions to meet specific business needs, including configuring scheduling policies, work rules, and service objectives. 3. Should be Leading technical design sessions, providing guidance to development teams, and ensuring best practices in governance, security, and performance optimization. 4. Should be Developing prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and architecture roadmaps to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed solutions 5. Should be Designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce FSL and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. 6. Should be able to Learn Continuously staying updated on the latest Salesforce FSL features, capabilities, and best practices. At least 10 years of experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in complex environments. And having Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant Certification. Skilled in Core Salesforce cloud configuration and customization (both Service and Sales), declarative and programmatic Salesforce tooling, and integrating with 3rd party systems. Ensure defined Salesforce CRM architecture roadmap aligns with enterprise standards. Analyze new requests and define non-functional requirements and create solution design and architecture. Proven history of approachable, constructive relationships withUX practitioners, internal stakeholders, and customers Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Familiar with Agile methodologies to manage and deliver projects efficiently and effectively Any of the below mentioned certifications Administrator Service Cloud Consultant Experience Cloud Consultant Platform Developer Platform App Builder Sharing and Visibility architect Data architect and Integration Architect.
