Technical Project Manager. Onsite role - NYC Pay Range: 60-63/hr on W2 or 70-75/hr on C2C In this role, he/she will lead and manage data engineering projects with a focus on Snowflake and Agile methodologies, driving innovation and efficiency in data processing and analytics. You will lead and manage data engineering projects with a focus on Snowflake and Agile methodologies for new Development and migration activities. Drive innovation and efficiency in data processing and analytics. Responsibilities: • Participating in the design, development, and implementation of data engineering solutions. • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables with Quality to ensure the successful completion of the project. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives. • Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise. • Ensure adherence to organizational practices for iterative development and continuous improvement. • Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and systems. Minimum Qualifications: BE/B Tech/MCA Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications/Skills: • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams. • Excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration with stakeholders. • Proficient in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience in risk management and issue resolution • Agile tools like Jira or Trello for project management. • Extensive experience with Snowflake for data processing and analytics. • Knowledge of AWS cloud platforms. • Proven experience as a technical project manager with client management and reporting. • Strong knowledge of the Snowflake platform and data engineering processes. • Experience with AWS data factory pipelines. • Familiarity with cloud services, migration projects with AWS ecosystem. • Version control systems such as Git for code management • Certification in Snowflake is good to have.
