Responsibilities The Senior Engineering Manager- Switches / HMI is responsible for supporting both business and product strategy while managing the HMI product engineering team: • Develop and maintain customer technical contacts • Identify and secure new system application opportunities • Analyze customer and market trends for exterior and interior switches / HMI design requirements • Drive innovation through ownership of product roadmaps and IP development • Ensure on-time product launches and changes using company-standard processes • Lead continuous improvement initiatives including VAVE & warranty reduction • Up to 25% travel as needed • Other duties as assigned Experience • Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline (MSEE, MSME, or MBA preferred) • 10+ years of experience in body and security systems engineering • 8+ years of technical leadership and management of global teams • Subject matter expertise in body control modules, switches, and security systems • Proficient in regulatory requirements affecting exterior and interior system design • Proven track record of driving innovation and product lifecycle ownership If you are interested in learning more about this position, please apply directly to this posting.
