Job Summary: The Office Coordinator plays a crucial role in coordinating and managing the administrative aspects of our home health care services. This position requires a combination of administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills to ensure the efficient delivery of care to our clients in the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities: · Recruiting: Coordinate with Scheduling and Intake teams to ensure we have all the requisitions posted and their needs met. · Answering Phones: Help the office with answering patients or clinics phone calls. · Interviewing: Help coordinate interviews of clinical and non-clinical staff · Onboarding and Hand Offs: Coordinate the onboarding of staff and work with the scheduling team to get them properly handed off for scheduling. · Report outs: Ensure the HR reports are filled and completed for Operations meetings. · Documentation and Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of field staff. · Payroll Support: Provide support to the Payroll team during bi-weekly payroll schedules. Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field preferred. · Previous experience in home health care coordination or a similar role is highly desirable. · Excellent organizational and time management skills. · Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. · Compassion, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse populations. · Familiarity with medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures.
