Business Management Analyst – Financial Services Technology Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and motivated to make an impact in a fast-paced environment? Do you bring proven experience in supporting senior leaders within financial services technology? If so, this role could be your next career move. About the Role Our client, a global financial services leader, is seeking a Business Management Analyst to join their Technology function. This role is central to ensuring governance, coordination, and operational efficiency across Technology. You’ll support leadership with day-to-day responsibilities, improve processes, and act as a trusted point of contact for the function. This is a varied and dynamic role, ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, collaboration, and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Provide direct support to the Technology Leadership Team and Business Manager with BAU activities and strategic initiatives. • Respond to ad-hoc requests, delivering insights and information to support effective decision-making. • Prepare meeting materials, capture actions, and track follow-ups to ensure timely completion. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation, driving improvements where required. • Review and enhance existing business processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. • Act as the main point of contact for Technology queries and information requests. • Support cost management by working with budget holders to review and challenge deal approvals. • Track key operational activities, such as external resource usage and mandatory training compliance. What You’ll Bring Essential Skills & Experience: • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within Financial Services Technology. • Highly structured with the ability to prioritise and deliver under pressure. • Strong ownership mindset—proactive, accountable, and results-oriented. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong interpersonal skills with experience working with stakeholders at all levels. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Analytical thinker with solid problem-solving skills. • Adaptable and willing to learn new tools and approaches. Preferred: • Experience with data analysis and reporting dashboards (e.g., Power BI). • Previous experience in a business support role within financial services.
