12+ years in product management roles, 5+ years leading teams, experience scaling B2B SaaS platforms from SMB to Enterprise, strong strategic and coaching skills.
Job Description: • Lead and grow a team of Product Managers to define and deliver Vanta’s platform capabilities and experiences that scale with our rapidly growing customer base • Set the strategy and roadmap for Vanta’s platform, including identity and admin, collaboration, billing, infrastructure, developer tools, and design systems • Partner closely with engineering and design leadership to ensure reliability, performance, and consistency across every product surface • Drive measurable improvements in time-to-value, activation, and retention in collaboration with our go-to-market teams • Be the DRI for several key business metrics, including: - Scalability and performance of Vanta for our largest customers - Enterprise security and admin experiences, including identity, permissions, and billing - Collaboration experiences across all Vanta products — notifications, comments, tasks, and more - Developer velocity and design quality, by investing in core infrastructure, tooling, and systemized design Requirements: • 12+ years of experience in product management related roles in a high-growth and complex environment • 5+ years of experience hiring, managing, growing, and leading high-performing teams • Experience and passion for scaling B2B SaaS platforms that have grown their customer base from SMB to Enterprise • A strong track record of setting product vision and business strategy for complex product areas and platforms tied to company-level goals and metrics • Proven ability to coach and develop PMs, helping them translate high-level strategy into actionable team roadmaps. • Embrace a constantly evolving landscape and company, while driving impact across your team and the broader organization • Passion for building high-quality products with speed, and drive that culture across the organization • Is a strong decision maker who effectively balances ambiguity, available data, speed, and iteration Benefits: • 100% covered medical, dental, and vision benefits with dependents coverage • 16 weeks fully-paid parental Leave for all new parents • Health & wellness and remote workplace stipends • Family planning benefits through Carrot Fertility • 401(k) matching • Flexible work hours and location • Open PTO policy • 11 paid holidays in the US • Offices in SF, NYC, London, Dublin, and Sydney
