Position Summary: We’re looking for driven and enthusiastic Development Representatives to work remotely, focusing on developing and expanding our market presence in Texas and States nearby. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainable transportation and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our e-bike products. Responsibilities: • Actively promote and sell e-bike products to customers through various sales channels, including in-person, online, and at events. • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. • Educate customers about the features, benefits, and value of our e-bike products. • Achieve or exceed sales targets. • Attend trade shows, expos, and events to showcase e-bike products and generate leads. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns. • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and preferences. Requirements: • Proven sales experience as a sales representative or similar role, preferably in the cycling, outdoor recreation, or e-commerce industries. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated and results-oriented. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications. • Availability to travel for events or client meetings as needed. • Passion for sustainable transportation and e-bike products is a plus. Preferred Skills: • Experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales or e-commerce platforms. • Knowledge of e-bike components, specifications, or related technical aspects. • Multilingual abilities are a plus to engage with diverse customer bases.
