Candidates should be current college students or recent graduates with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Clear communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.

Job Description Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination. Prepare and distribute documents, correspondence, and reports. Maintain organized files, records, and contact lists. Support planning and logistics for meetings, trainings, and events. Coordinate materials, supplies, and set-up needs. Track attendance and capture event notes or follow-up actions. Draft and format letters, updates, and presentations. Help manage email inquiries and maintain distribution lists. Provide support for partner and community communications. Assist with data entry and maintaining databases. Track project deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks. Provide day-to-day support to staff and leadership as needed. Minimum Qualifications: Current college student or recent graduate. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Dependable and professional in handling confidential information. The hourly range for this position is $18 - $25.
