Job Summary We're currently looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about integrating data and design with emerging technologies. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will work collaboratively with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver powerful cloud-based solutions that drive a user-friendly estate planning experience. Responsibilities Lead the development of new features and improvements across our platform. Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve the software. Manage individual projects priorities, deadlines and deliverables. Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to align on product goals and deliver high-quality solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team, promoting best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment. Design and implement scalable and secure architectures, leveraging AWS services to optimize performance and cost-efficiency. Adhere to professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience 8+ years relevant work experience Proficiency in React/Javascript - Typescript experience a plus Proficiency in Ruby/Ruby on Rails Proficiency in, at least, one modern programming language such as NodeJS, Python, Rust, Go, Java or others Experience in GraphQL and APIs Expertise in one or more of the major public clouds, preferably AWS Benefits Flexible paid time off policy and 10 company-wide paid holidays Parental leave, 4 weeks for all full-time employees and up to 12 weeks for birthing parents Medical, dental, and vision benefits coverage for employees and their families 401K eligibility after one month of employment Budget for learning & development and home office setup Paid parking or transit for hybrid and in office employees The salary range for this role is $160,000 to $180,000. Our compensation packages also include a performance based bonus and equity. Compensation is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
