Senior Coach – Role Overview (High‑Level) The Senior Coach partners with senior and executive leaders to strengthen how work is managed, improved, and sustained across the organization. This role provides high‑impact, one‑on‑one coaching focused not only on management practices and systems, but also on the leadership behaviors and cultural norms that enable continuous improvement. The Senior Coach helps leaders model the right behaviors, reinforce learning and problem‑solving habits, and create environments where teams are empowered to identify issues, improve processes, and align daily work with strategic priorities. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Senior Coach assesses organizational maturity, offers practical and behavior‑based guidance, and connects leaders with improvement expertise and resources to drive lasting performance and cultural change. Critical Skills and Capabilities Executive and Senior Leader Coaching – Proven experience coaching leaders to strengthen both leadership behaviors and management practices that support continuous improvement. Culture and Behavior Change Expertise – Strong ability to influence mindsets, habits, and ways of working that reinforce learning, accountability, and improvement at all levels. Management Systems and Continuous Improvement Knowledge – Deep understanding of how effective management routines, problem‑solving, and improvement practices work together to drive results. Systems and Strategic Thinking – Ability to see the organization as an interconnected system and help leaders align behaviors, priorities, and execution with strategic goals. Influence, Trust, and Partnership – Skilled at building credibility, influencing without authority, and partnering with leaders across diverse functions to enable change. Qualifications Minimum of eight years related business experience. Financial Services and function-specific experience required. Minimum of four years project management experience.
