Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls and assist customers • Provide accurate quotes for windshield and auto glass services • Schedule appointments and coordinate technician calendars • Order required glass and coordinate with vendors for upcoming jobs • Maintain organized customer and job records Qualifications: • Previous office or customer service experience preferred • Strong communication and phone skills • Detail-oriented and able to multitask • Comfortable coordinating with vendors and managing orders • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication $22/hour. Tuesday–Friday schedule. 1099 contractor position (no benefits). Pay: From $22.00 per hour Work Location: In person
