VanDuzer Architects PC is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a customer-centric architectural firm, we recognize that exceptional service is essential to our success and longevity in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their experience with our firm is positive and professional. You will address client inquiries, provide information about our services, and assist in resolving any issues that may arise. This role will require strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a friendly demeanor, helping us to maintain our commitment to excellent client relations and satisfaction. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Maintain an organized database of client interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely responses. Educate clients about our architectural services and processes. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing project timelines for client meetings. Follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on services provided. Support the team in administrative tasks as needed to promote efficient office operations. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or communications preferred. Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role, preferably in a professional setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with office software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. A passion for architecture and design is a plus.
